Dear Friends of Germanische Heilkunde
In the case “Dr. Hamer v. University of Tübingen”, which concerns the habilitation1 procedure that has been ongoing for 35 years (since 1981), I would like to inform you about my current letter to lawyer Koch dated June 7, 2016.

Apparently, the restoration of my medical license has been rejected. Today, lawyer Mr. Koch, was only briefly informed via telephone that the decision would be announced today.
Just imagine that:
My medical license was officially revoked in 1986 only because I did not renounce the Iron Rule of Cancer.
But the first two Biological Natural Laws of Germanische Heilkunde,
- The Iron Rule of Cancer and
- The Law of the Two Phases of all SBS provided there is a resolution of the conflict (CL)
were not only recognized by Prof. Joav Merrick (2005), a member of the Israeli government,
but also by the Medical Association of Hessen (Germany), which has recently prepared an official expert opinion stating that the Biological Natural Laws are correct and generally recognized. This was also confirmed by the University of Tübingen in November 1981, which has been kept secret for 35 years.
Nevertheless, I am not permitted to practise as a medical doctor!

1 - Habilitation is the highest university degree, or the procedure by which it is achieved, in Germany, France, Italy and some other European and non-English-speaking countries. The candidate fulfills a university's set criteria of excellence in research, teaching, and further education, which usually includes a dissertation.
