10/28/2015: Lawyer Koch applies on behalf of Dr. Hamer to the Hessian Regional Examination Office for Medical Professions (Hessisches Landesprüfungsamt im Gesundheitswesen) regarding the restoration of his Medical Licence.

Dr. Hamer wrote three letters to Russian President Vladimir Putin on March 5, April 7 and May 2.
