In loving memory of Ewa Leimer, MEd MPhil

Obituary by Germanische Heilkunde Working Group

Ewa Leimer was born on December 23, 1952, in Poland. In 1981, the same year, when Dr. Hamer discovered the Germanische Heilkunde, she moved to Vienna, where she lived until the end of her life and where she felt at home.

Ewa Leimer's path of acquainting herself with the Germanische Heilkunde began in 1990. Since then, she has fully dedicated her life for the Germanische Heilkunde. She has not only been present at nearly all crucial historical moments, she has also actively and courageously committed herself to the Germanische Heilkunde. One very important historical event was the verification of the Germanische Heilkunde at the University of Trnava, for which she travelled to Slovakia several times on behalf of Dr. Hamer to deal with the organizational challenges – meanwhile balancing her family life with her work as a teacher.

In her captivating biography, she describes her personal experience during the habilitation process in Trnava. Dr. Hamer made a verification as the precondition for this process. Her biography, presented in a lively and authentic writing style captivates the reader and takes us back in time. Everyone who knew Ewa personally knows how much passion and love she brought to her work. The Germanische Heilkunde was her life.

She created her first Polish website for the Germanische Heilkunde (formerly known as New Medicine) back in 1998. At that time, it was very difficult to do translations because the translation options on the internet were not yet available – but Ewa wanted to make the Germanische Heilkunde accessible to her compatriots and translated several of Dr. Hamer's writings into Polish.

After the first ten years of learning and of rich experiences with the GERMANIC, Ewa Leimer decided to devote herself to spreading Dr. Hamer's discovery in Poland and giving lectures. This was the very beginning what would later become the Educational Program, which she continued developing with Bogusch on her side, and which she left us in the detailed and structured form that we have today. In the beginning she worked with the simplest form of equipment: two chairs, a glass plate, and a lamp were her tools for reading brain CT scans, which she photographed and discussed with Dr. Hamer. Later, Bogusch developed an online-program that made it possible to read the CT scans on the computer and mark the Hamer Foci. Dr. Hamer also worked with this program.

In 2020, Ewa began translating the Educational Program into German. It started in spring 2021. She took on two (!) groups in the first year! Eventually, there were up to nine groups per year in Polish and German. During this time, Ewa translated the following levels into German.
She also wrote many informative, insightful articles and recorded educational videos in both languages, German and Polish.

Ewa Leimer worked tirelessly in her “Germanic headquarters” to develop her Educational Program and became less and less visible to the outside world. She also took on many other valuable tasks for the Germanic, including translating the Scientific Chart, numerous documents and videos, and creating and mantaining Dr. Hamer’s websites. The crocus logo for Dr. Hamer's first website (blue site) was Ewa's design and is today the symbol for the Educational Program. See article: "Crocus and German Fraktur".

For her, it was of absolute priority that the Germanische Heilkunde continued to be passed on in its complete, unadulterated form so that, as she herself writes, “Germanische Heilkunde retains its coherent system.”

And not only that – Ewa's wish and aim was to bring the Germanische Heilkunde into the families, who could become independent and sovereign with this knowledge – while children can grow up without fear and thus truly experience the Germanische Heilkunde knowledge. These families prepare the fertile ground on which the seed of the Germanische Heilkunde will grow and flourish.

Looking at the Germanische Heilkunde purely from a medical perspective was horrible to her. Politics, society, life style... and the spiritual, divine dimension – these are all inseparable from the Germanische Heilkunde.

In the last days of her life, she said quite clearly:

"We lack the most important thing of all: the family."

Ewa Leimer cared for people in a way that is very rarely seen. She was always willing to help when she could, and her support was unconditional.

She also supported Dr. Hamer and his wife Bona as much as she could. She even bought a car so she could travel to Norway, because she couldn't leave her pet alone in Vienna.

When we expressed our gratitude to her for the Educational Program, she humbly accepted our appreciation and always emphasized,

“What are we without Dr. Hamer? We would have nothing, no Educational Program... nothing at all... It is all thanks to Dr. Hamer!”

How did she manage to do all this? How did she get so much energy? One source of strength was certainly the Germanische Heilkunde itself, also her passion, and her infinite confidence.

Ewa had a deep, unshakeable trust in Creation and in a divine power that guides us – she was absolutely certain of this guidance. It wasn't a belief – for her it was knowledge.
Thus she had no fear of death.

"Ewa, with all our hearts, we deeply thank you for your farsightedness, wisdom, openness, humbleness, straightforwardness, honesty and generosity – your courage and diligence – your trust and kind appreciation – and your loyalty to the Germanische Heilkunde and to Dr. Hamer.

It was you who first suggested a name for our group ...
With love, your friends and companions of the Germanische Heilkunde Working Group.

Thank you for everything!"
