Simplified Extradition Procedure

MADRID. Spain wants to abolish extradition procedures for terrorists and serious criminals in the EU. Instead of complicated extradition procedures, international arrest warrants will be introduced that are accepted in all EU countries.

Note: Dr. Hamer was arrested by the Spanish National Police on September 9, 2004. Next day he was taken to jail in Malaga. On 10/18/2004, Dr Hamer was extradited to France. (see: Declaration Amici di Dirk).
