Sigmaringen Administrative Court regarding various motions (originally counterclaim)
Dear Dr Hamer,
the facts you have described,
that the University of Tübingen was apparently already aware of the correctness of the (GERMANIC) NEW MEDICINE in October 1981,
were an undisputed fact in the trial.
Neither did the University of Tübingen deny this, nor did the court doubt this in its ruling of June 25, 2010 (case reference 8 K 399/08).
