Koblenz. (dpa) A physician disqualifies himself if he does not act in accordance with his professional duties. This was the decision of the Administrative Court in Koblenz, confirming the revocation of the medical licence of a "cancer doctor lacking discernment". The medical doctor had claimed to have found the cause of cancer after suffering from his own cancer and opened a private "cancer clinic" near Koblenz in summer 1985 without any permission.
