Cancer Doctor lost his Authorisation

He was totally convinced that he had found a cure-all for cancer. The doctor started a private cancer clinic near Koblenz without official authorisation. The Koblenz district government withdrew him the medical licence. The "cancer doctor" appealed against the ban - and lost. The administrative court confirmed the judgement at first instance: "He is totally unreasonable." (9 K 215/87)
